The incredible promotion came about after the adorable youngster crashed her mum’s meeting with her colleagues.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney, 41, welcomed her seven-year-old as her special guest for her Wellness Wednesday video.
Asking everyone on the video to introduce themselves, Kourtney turned to Penelope, saying: “This is… what’s your name?”
After the little one answered, Kourtney continued: “This is Penelope and she is … the president and muse of Poosh.”
Penelope fidgeted as she sat next to her mum on the sofa and smiled as her mum wrapped her arms around her and gave her the shiny new title.
Looking cosy in a yellow hoodie, Kourtney then asked the rest of the team to introduce themselves before they all spoke about life in quarantine and answered questions from fans.
Kourtney took the opportunity to hit back at recent pregnancy rumours.
Fans asked it Kourtney, who also shares Mason, 10, and Reign, five, with ex Scott Disick, was expecting another child after she posted a sexy swimsuit picture on Instagram.
After being asked to send questions into Poosh, a fan asked Kourtney: “How do you protect your mental health from cyber bullying?”
She said: “I feel like this is a good one because I do see a lot of negativity. There’s so much positivity as well and I think we tend to focus on the negative.
“I notice for myself, the negative questions stand out to me and I want to respond to those people sometimes more than the positive ones, which isn’t always fair.
“I noticed someone left a comment the other day, they kept commenting on a photo I posted saying ‘pregnant, pregnant, pregnant’. And I commented back saying, ‘This is the shape of my body, I’ve definitely gained a few pounds over this quarantine time and I love my body and I’m proud of my shape and I’m obviously posting it, and I don’t think I look pregnant at all’.
“We’re all shaped differently and that’s my body and I’m proud of it. So that’s how I respond to the negative comments I think, it’s not always easy and sometimes I can be more sarcastic, but I think kill them with kindness is kind of my motto, and try to not really let those comments affect you but if they do and you know that then don’t look at comments.
“I know that’s easier said than done, but really try to keep the positivity for your mental health.”
